Pan Fried Brussel Sprouts

Brussel sprouts are the new fun side dish! They have been a disliked item for years, but they are making a comeback. They are easy to prepare and go with just about anything!

Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Cook Time: 15 Minutes

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients

  • 10-12 Brussel Sprouts (Washed & Halved)
  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of Granulated Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon of Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon of White Vinegar

Directions

  1. In a pan, heat olive oil on medium/high heat.
  2. Add in brussel sprouts, salt, and pepper. Sear for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add in garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and sugar. Sear for 5-7 minutes stirring occasionally.
  4. When almost tender, add in white vinegar. Stir and cover with lid for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
