Brussel sprouts are the new fun side dish! They have been a disliked item for years, but they are making a comeback. They are easy to prepare and go with just about anything!

Ingredients
- 10-12 Brussel Sprouts (Washed & Halved)
- 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon of Granulated Garlic Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon of Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon of White Vinegar
Directions
- In a pan, heat olive oil on medium/high heat.
- Add in brussel sprouts, salt, and pepper. Sear for 2-3 minutes.
- Add in garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and sugar. Sear for 5-7 minutes stirring occasionally.
- When almost tender, add in white vinegar. Stir and cover with lid for 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.
