Lamb chops are a family favorite. We continuously try to find new ways to marinate them and this version have become the all time favorite. The recipe is super simple and full of flavor!

Ingredients
- 1 Rack of Lamb Chops (Cut)
- 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon of Onion Powder
- 1 Teaspoon of Dried Parsley
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper (Optional)
- 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons of Butter
- 2-3 Sprigs of Rosemary
Directions
- Pat dry the lamb chops with a paper towel. Pour olive oil over chops and make sure chops are coated.
- Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
- Season chops with the mixture. Marinate 1 hour minimum.
- In a deep pot, add in olive oil and butter on high heat. Heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Arrange lamb chops in pot (can do in batches) and add in rosemary. Do not overcrowd the pan.
- Sear 2 and 1/2 minutes on each side. Do not move them once they are placed down until it is time to flip the chops! Serve hot!
