My take on an Indian version of a chicken burger is always a hit at barbecues! They are easy to throw on the grill and are jam packed with so many spices. This recipe is so versatile that it can also be used as kabob meat by putting on metal skewers to grill for parties.

Ingredients
- 1 lb. of Ground Chicken
- 1 Teaspoon of Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon of Salt
- 1 Teaspoon of Garam Masala
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Cumin (Ground)
- 2 Teaspoons of Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Methi)
- 1 Teaspoon of Fresh Garlic (Grated)
- 1 Teaspoon of Fresh Ginger (Grated)
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Green Chilies (Ground)
- 1/2 Cup of Fresh Cilantro (Chopped)
- 1 Half of a Large Onion (Diced)
- 1 Teaspoon of Lime Juice
- 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
- Optional: Sliced Provolone Cheese
- Optional: Grilled Onions
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a bowl. Mix well. Form 6 patties.
- In a wide skillet, heat olive oil on medium heat. Place patties in skillet. Grill 6 minutes on each side.
- Optional: Place cheese on patty after first flip. Top with grilled onions before placing on bun.
