Chutney is a staple at my home! You can eat it with almost anything (especially with pizza)! It is super easy and quick to make!
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Ingredients
- 1 Bunch of Fresh Cilantro (Washed and Mostly Dried)
- 4-5 Cloves of Garlic
- 2 Serrano Peppers (Seeds Removed) — Or: Jalapeños for a milder version
- 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon of Citric Acid
- 1/4 Cup of Oil
Directions
- In a mini food processor, blend the Serrano peppers and garlic until finely chopped.
- Add in cilantro and blend.
- Add in salt, citric acid, and half the oil. Purée until it is mixed well and smooth.
- Empty out into container and mix in the remainder of the oil with a spoon.
- Refrigerate until serving.
- Will remain fresh up to 3-4 days.
