Cilantro & Garlic Chutney

Chutney is a staple at my home! You can eat it with almost anything (especially with pizza)! It is super easy and quick to make!

Prep Time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 Bunch of Fresh Cilantro (Washed and Mostly Dried)
  • 4-5 Cloves of Garlic
  • 2 Serrano Peppers (Seeds Removed) — Or: Jalapeños for a milder version
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon of Citric Acid
  • 1/4 Cup of Oil

Directions

  1. In a mini food processor, blend the Serrano peppers and garlic until finely chopped.
  2. Add in cilantro and blend.
  3. Add in salt, citric acid, and half the oil. Purée until it is mixed well and smooth.
  4. Empty out into container and mix in the remainder of the oil with a spoon.
  5. Refrigerate until serving.
  6. Will remain fresh up to 3-4 days.
